5)    	Center. Center comprises on following departments.
 
	a) 	Central Committee (comprises of all office bears of Unit, 
		Tahsil, District, Division, Central Cabinet, Advisory council, 
		Sarparst council, Co-ordination committee, Legal Aid committee 
		and Supreme Council.
 
	b)  	Advisory Council (Mushawrti Council, comprises of Students, 
		Teachers, Lawyers, Doctors, Engineers and other Technocrats).
 
	c)      	Sarparst council (Comprises of 7 Ulema-e-Kiram).
 
	d)   	Legal Aid Committee (Headed by an experienced Lawyer).
 
	e)  	Co-ordination committee (Comprises of two members).
 
	f)    	Supreme Council (Comprises of Central Cabinet Members, 
		Chairman Advisory Council, Chairman Sarparst Council, 
		Chairman legal Aid Committee, Members of or-ordination Committee, 
		President/Secretary of Districts and Five General Members nominated
		by President.
 
 
FUNCTIONS.

1.      AdvisoryCouncil.		To submit proposals.
 
2.      SarparstCouncil.    		To watch /observe all the decisions in accordance with Islamic Laws and guide.
 
3.      LegalAidCommittee. 	To provide legal aid to workers and peoples make them capable to refrain themselves from legal problems.
 
4.      Co-ordinationCommittee.	To introduce organization in the area where it is not introduced and intimates the cabinet for further contacts.
 
5.      Supreme Council.		Highest decision making forum, all other departments are
      				responsible to this council.
